The director and managers are responsible for day to day activities and decisions, while the policy decisions are taken by the Director& senior team. Emphasis is given on the transparency at every level. All the programmes either implemented or submitted goes through the prior approval of the Director and manager. The manager has very active role in the implementation as well as monitoring of the programmes and events.
